In Coimbatore, the price for 1 gram of 22-carat gold is now ₹14,255, which is an increase of ₹110, with 8 grams priced at ₹1,14,040. For 24-carat gold, the rates are ₹14,968 per gram and ₹1,19,744 for 8 grams, both showing a rise of ₹116 and ₹928 respectively. Similar trends are observed in Nagpur, where 22-carat gold is priced at ₹14,305 per gram and ₹1,14,440 for 8 grams, while 24-carat gold is at ₹15,020 per gram and ₹1,20,160 for 8 grams.
Other cities such as Visakhapatnam, Surat, and Jaipur are also witnessing price hikes.
